Today, I became an uncle again for the fifth time! My sister Shannon and her husband Brian welcomed Braden Wallace Pagel into the world at 4:24 this afternoon. Baby and mom are doing well.

The thought of stepping foot into the hospital turns our stomachs inside out and Kristen and I think it will be better for us to meet Braden after he comes home from the hospital. When we got the text message from Brian that he had been born, I had a flood of fond memories come over me. Even as scary as Reid's birth was, there isn't a more proud moment in my life to be able to announce to the world that I had become a dad. The thoughts that are going through Shannon and Brian's head right now are ones that I can't wait to experience again one day. It is too good of a feeling and we are excited for them!
